JAS依頼の茶の湯イベントが7月22日に純心庵で催されました。
今月は千歳盆点前でおもてなししました。掛け物の金魚にあわせてお菓子も涼しそうな金魚のゼリーにしました。中国人の素敵なご夫婦のお客様に日曜日の午後をお茶でゆっくりと過ごして頂きました。
Monthly Chanoyu event requested by Japan America Society took place on last Sunday at “Jun-Shin-An”.After giving a brief introduction to the Japanese Tea Ceremony, we demonstrated chitose-bon demae for guests.We served jelly sweets which had a gold fish looking design inside, matching the drawings on the scroll. Guests were a lovely young couple from China. They spent a relaxing time in the Sunday afternoon.
