去る９月２３日日曜日にJAS主催の茶の湯イベントが、純心庵で開催されました。
今回のお客様は若いカップルのお二人でした。今年の日本祭で日本庭園内のアイランドツアーに参加され、お茶室を近くで見学し、是非お茶のお点前を見てみたいということでこのイベントに申し込まれたそうです。いつもの通り、お茶の歴史や精神を説明した後、お茶室でお菓子とお茶を召し上がっていただきました。少人数でしたので、ゆったりと静かな日曜日の午後を過ごしていただきました。
On September 23rd, a young couple joined Junshin-an for our monthly Chanoyu event.After experiencing the Japanese tea room tour at the Japanese garden last month, they wanted to experience a real tea ceremony.Following the brief explanation of its history and philosophy, we spent a nice quiet time with tea and sweets. A beautiful way to spend an Autumn Sunday afternoon!
